Shipping & Return Policy

All products are hand made in small batches. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order and 7-10 business days for it to be shipped. 

If you need to modify, change, or cancel an order you will be able to do so during the processing days, submit your inquiry under modify, change, or cancel order. Once the package is confirmed for delivery you will not be able to make changes or cancel your order, you will have to submit an inquiry for a refund or exchange. 

Crown of Radiance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address provided in the order. 

If you receive a damaged product please submit an inquiry with a picture of the damaged product within 14 days of the delivered date to receive a exchange or refund.

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. Due to the delicate nature of the products there will be no returns on open and/or used products.
